Sicilian Nougat, a few clicks

During the celebrations of Saint Agatha in Catania, one of the things that has always caught my attention is the presence of many stalls are full of sweets made at the time, including the almond nougat. It 's amazing how quickly can transform a mass of almonds (I think) caramel, perfect rectangular forms in minutes. A manual that always catch a lot of people, they stop to admire the movements and the emergence of new nougat!
